The directors of Beamfast Limited regard the provision of a safe working environment as a core business objective. This is achieved by effective co-operation between all employees and has resulted in an exemplary accident record.

Beamfast Limited has achieved an accreditation in the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. (WWW.CHAS.GOV.UK)

All of Beamfast Limited's staff hold a CSCS card whereby they have had to pass an industry recognised health and safety test and demonstrate their competence. Not only do they all hold CSCS cards but they also possess a minimum qualification of Cskills Awards L2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) - Site Carpentry. The aim of this qualification is to recognise the knowledge, skills and competence demonstrated by an individual in the workplace.

In addition, Beamfast Limited has a comprehensive internal and external health and safety training system administered by the CITB that ensures all employees in the company are trained to a highly competent level.

The company has three designated health and safety co-ordinators: Jaswinder Nandra, Narinderpal Nandra and Jagjit Nandra, who effectively coordinate the Health Safety activities for the company ensuring that all agreed targets and activities are achieved in a timely manner.
